Fill-in MA (name?) was great! He’s going to DO school, but you’ll struggle to fill his shoes. As always, Rachel was fantastic. I followed her from Hearthside. Mosaic is fortunate that she chose to go there!

My practitioner was great! An in-house lab was very convenient. All staff were very professional and respectful. My experience with the loads of paper questionnaire (new patient) was disappointing. Opportunity for improvement: The new patient process (paper documentation) could be improved by reducing the repetitive dates and signatures being requested.

Rachel was the worst provider I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to visit. She was not interested in my concerns or my needs! She did not address my medical situation or needs. She was into herself! She was concerned with what she wanted! Rachel should not be a provider! It is unfair for the patient.
