Quick and thorough I called this morning after my air conditioner froze up and Schmidt Mechanical sent out Jose Aranda to take a look at it. He came in just a few hours and got me back up and running on the hottest day of the year.... Thank you Jose!!!

Very Impressed We were not happy that our AC went out on the last day of August, and first day of a 3-day weekend. Schmidt was very accommodating and kind. They came and fixed it the following week and did so with kindness, professionalism, and class, Thank you so much.

If you want it done right, call SMG, Inc. Schmidt Mechanical Group, Inc. is an excellent company to do business with. They have serviced my AC unit for the second time. I am so impressed with the office staff. The ladies are very kind and pleasant. What I appreciate the most is they keep you informed thought emails, phone calls, and texts which includes a photo of the technician who will be coming out. My technician was Richard M. Couldn’t believe how fast and easy this was! Jose Aranda was fantastic! Greeted me with a friendly smile and he knew right away what the issue was. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make a service request and was lucky enough to have Jose fix the issue on my AC on the same day wow! Thank you so much!!!

Five Star Service ***** Technician Joe Aranda was very knowledgeable and professional, explained all work done on our AC system. Schmidt customer service is excellent, they email, text and called to confirm and remind us of the appointment. We also received a text with a bio with name and picture of the technician who would be preforming service.

Totally Satisfied Wonderful experience, from the adm. staff to my technician Richard M. The admin. staff is very kind and helpful. They communicated with me through the entire process with phone calls, emails, and texts. I also, appreciated the fact they sent a photo out to me before my technician arrived. Excellent service! All the technicians we worked with were very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. Very experience and knowledgeable. Technicians explained every procedure and what the purpose of each thing did, etc.. Technicians very polite and answer all questions professionally. The office staff also very helpful and caring. They continue to follow-up and make sure there are no issues with our new system.
