Great service First off I called them then they told me how long it would be to wait for them..then i get a text with my tech had his pic and a little bio about him..thought that was great on their part..Eric was our tech.. came in found the problem fixed the problem.. quick efficient.. truly appreciate the work he did for us.. thnx..

Fast, knowledgable, reasonable rates I had an emergency leak from my down stairs air conditioning unit on a Saturday afternoon. I called Schmidt Mechanical at around 2:30 and James, the technician, arrived at 3:15 after calling to advise me of his arrival time. Before entering my home, James put on "booties" over his shoes to protect the floors. He immediately diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, made repairs, used a water vacuum to remove the water and then moped up the residual water. He was amazing.

James repairs and educates -- incredible. Schmidt was at our house *minutes* after we phoned, quietly desperate because our AC unit seemed to have stopped working. James accessed the problem with ease, got us set up, and taught us preventative measures to avoid future emergencies. Terribly grateful.

Air Conditioner Issue Another great experience with Schmidt Mechanical! I discovered water dripping from my air conditioning unit and called Schmidt Mechanical at 8:30 am. My phone call was received my a very polite woman and I was told that a technician would be over that morning. Eric B. and Ray arrived within one hour of me placing my call. The two technicians quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. The two technicians were the definition of professional, well done!

The best and most affordable AC company in SA! This is a first class operation without the high prices or the price gouging that you would expect from most big AC companies in San Antonio. They do incredible work and their people really do care about the customer. I needed a new AC unit to replace my old machine that was barely getting the job done.
