Just plain good at what they do This is the second year that I renew my annual plan with Schmidt Mechanical Group because there is no reason not too. They have always interacted with me in a professional, helpful, and knowledgeable way. They do what they say they will do, a good job.

Workmanship is topnotch, Price not so much I called Schmidt to diagnos an issue with one of my AC units. Turns out that is was the ECM Blower fan motor. A check with carrier revealed I was covered under manufacturer warranty. (I hope so as the system is less than 5 years old. Cost of part is about $200.00, Here's where they get you...The labor is not covered under the warranty of the system (only the part). Excellent customer service and high quality repairs. Our unit was installed by Schmidt and maintained by Schmidt and we have always been very satisfied with both the quality of the unit and repairs, as well as the customer service. They follow up and follow through with each appointment and have never left us waiting. I highly recommend them.

Great Experience Jose Aranda was my technician. He was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable about his field. He had clear, straight answers to my questions and gave me recommendations for future maintenance, but I never felt he was trying to push a sale onto me. I will be using Schmidt again and will be requesting Jose!

Happy Customer! My unit was replaced on Friday 31st of August. The guys were very friendly and professional and so informative on what they were doing and how to take care of my new unit. I am so content and happy for their service. I will recommend Schmidt mech. to my friends and family. Very satisfied overall, thanks to those 2 guys that did the work for me.
