AC froze up and wasn't cooling. Richard Moreno came out on Friday and found the unit froze up and not cooling. Found the motor was bad. Replaced the motor which required cleaning out the cabinet. He could not check everything because the unit was still frozen. The next day the tenant started the unit but is was very noisy. Jose came out Monday and adjusted the motor speed to quiet the noise. Alarm sound coming from indoor HVAC unit An alarm sound coming from indoor HVAC unit, filter was soaked as was the floor where unit is located. Technician Ray Zepeda called ahead of time he was on his way ( in rush hour traffic). He arrived and immediately found a sensor that we forgot was there to warn us of moisture. Water drain pipe was clogged with deposits so it overflowed. He flushed it out with high pressure. Great, fast service James came out to our house after hours right after we called. He was friendly in spite of the rain and the late hour and promptly figured out why our A/C wasn't working. Great service!
