Jose Aranda was knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly fast. AC stopped working at 1030pm. Made the call to Schmidt Mechanical and they were out by 10 the next morning and the problem was fixed and the price was cheap. Jose Aranda, the tech, was very courteous and was done with the issue within a half hour. Highly recommend.

Awesome Service! Called for an estimate on attic insulation. Jared came out within two days of my call. Very polite and respectful. Set us up immediately for installation. The installers came at the time promised. Also very polite and respectful. Covered my floors and wore shoe coverings. Very thorough. Love this company. Have already recommended to a friend for the same service. Will definitely consider for future needs.

Exceptional! I purchased a group on deal for AC tuneup. Called schmidt, their professional staff scheduled an appointment immediately and effortlessly. The degree of professionalism is phenomenal. They followed up with emails and texts. Technician ERIC BANDA was punctual and very, very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything in layman's terms. Provided a follow up e-mail! This is a top notch operation at an affordable price. Eric you're rockin' it for Schmidt!

AC not working Tech Jose Aranda came over twice, first to provide evaluation and recommendation then he returned to make the necessary repairs. He also provided maintenance tips to keep system running well.

Excellent Service Tech Richard Moreno was very qualified and explained all that he was doing. He answered my questions about system operation and had valid recommendations. Understand $89 after hour fee, but not happy with $537 service fee over the $553 motor replacement.
