Prompt, excellent service; friendly technicians Woke up on a Saturday morning to a warming house. I called Schmidt at 7AM and the tech was on site earlier than the 11:30 estimated time. All fixed and working properly before the day got too hot. Thanks Richard!

Wonderful Experience Schmidt Mechanical came to install a new HVAC system and it was a wonderful experience. Jared, the comfort advisor, promptly answered all of my questions and provided a very competitive quote. The two techs who installed the system were professional and and worked with urgency. In short, Schmidt Mechanical is the epitome of professionalism.

air conditioner check and repair Phone staff were very pleasant. Richard G was timely, explained everything thoroughly, and kept work area clean. I highly recommend this company and Richard. There was no push to buy something I do not need. He gave good suggestions regarding care of the air conditioning unit.

Very Impressed - Excellent Job! Richard Guiterrez did an excellent job inspecting our air conditioners today. He let us know when he would be here and was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do before he started. He is very knowledgeable regarding the units and did not hesitate to thoroughly explain any questions I had! I will definitely use Schmidt Mechanical again and request Richard!
