Thorough, timely, professional Richard Moreno, the technician was professional, knowledgable and got right down to business. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the A/C system and offer repair options in a concise, simplified manner so that I could I fully understand the extent of work necessary to get the system functioning. Before leaving, he discovered another issue with the system, went back for materials and returned to repair the damaged item on the A/C system.
