Schmidt office staff and service personnel are wonderful! I started using the company because of my service contract company. I have since decided to use them as my service company for my A/C heater unit. I have been completely satisfied with both of the service personnel that have come out to my home; Jose and Adam. I get reminders that it is time for Spring and Fall check up which is wonderful. I have had contact with all the office staff and the service office staff. They are good at their jobs.

Excellent service Technician arrived on time. Cleanliness was evident when tech entered house. Tech was friendly and introduced himself. Summary report was given to me concerning findings and what service was necessary.

Techs were on time, worked quickly, informed us of their findings, made no mess, and put everything in good order. EVERYTHING WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND APPROPRIATELY.TEHS WERE ON TIME, WORKED QUICKLY, INFORMED US OF THEIR FINDINGS , FIXED THE ONE MINOR PROBLEM WE HAD WHICH WAS SIMPLY A LOOSE SCREW, MADE NO MESS AND WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT.
