Professional, knowledgable, fair and honest The service people were quick to come out and check the system. They were honest about what could be done with it. Opting to replace it, Jared, the salesman, was knowledgable about his products and gave us a fair price. He was available for questions and followed through on what was promised. The installers were efficient, clean and did not waste time. Overall, we are very satisfied and would recommend them.

Serviced two ac units Richard came and did an excellent job. I fully expected that I would be told I need to buy 2 new ac units- that’s what some others in town have tried to do over the last few years when all I really neede was annual maintenance. I will be recommending Schmidt to anyone who asks. When it is time to replace our HVAC- Schmidt has earned that business.

Tech was knowledgeable and professional and even explained each step he was doing as he worked. Joe was my Service Tech, he arrived on time, and checked the system out completely. He cleaned the outside cooling fins off the condenser coils and checked the evaporator coils for dust in the attic. He checked the attic ducting to make sure there wasn’t any cold air leaks and checked the temperature differential of the incoming air to the cooled air going back into the ducting and assured me it was cooling properly.
