Thank you! Thank you Schmidt Mechanical and Eric B! Schmidt was dispatched out to my house as a preferred vendor through my home warranty company, and boy did you all save the day! My son and I arrived at you new home in San Antonio from San Diego and discovered the a/c not working. When Eric come out to our house he was extremely professional, courteous and polite. AC Maintenance / Thermostat install Our service technician, Jose, was amazing. We out of his way to clarify all questions and any issues we had. I would highly recommend Schmidt Mechanical to anyone who needs an AC on going maintenance services. All in all a vey pleasant experience here in Canyon Lake.

Professional and affordable We are "Happy Customers" here is why! Jared (salesman) gave us a detailed layout of choices to improve our home via new AC system and updated ducts. Stephen and Albert (installation techs) took the choices and expertly installed all equipment in the most professional and successful manor we have ever seen by a company wanting to make their customers "Happy!" Richard came early and was extremely courteous. Had a regular AC tune up and he detected some issues that we've had problems in the past that other technicians oversaw. Extremely helpful.
