I was notified by phone when to expect the techician. He was very thorough in his inspection. Schmidt Mech. has always been easy to work with and they always do an excellent job what ever the appointment is for. The regular maintenance service is thorough and the technician always explains any issues or concerns. I would recommend Schmidt Mechanical to all who want to keep their home heating and AC in good order.
