Satisfied Customer! I have been using the services of Schmidt Mechanical Group for years. I really like them. They're very polite and they always come on time. When they say they're coming, I know they'll be there. They are very polite and nice--that's important for a customer. Also, they are very thorough when they're here. I will definitely continue to use their services.

Great customer service! I have worked with this company in the past because I had an issue with frosted over pipes. Finishing out in 2015 that I had a leak I knew when it happened again I couldn't get around it and needed a new unit. I have to admit I did look at 2 other companies but Schmidt was right for us. I love the receptionist she's a doll! I recommended this company and also be open to energy efficient changes. :)

Hot upstairs Upstairs A/C unit was not cooling...a morning call to Schmidt had a technician arrive the same day. We are retired and have had some really bad experiences with A/C companies in the past, not to mention names but it rhymes with Cowboys. Using Schmidt Mechanical has been a welcome relief..

Easy to Work With I had Schmidt Mechanical Group install some controls in my home, and although I had some problems at first, they worked very well in the end! The first part was kind of tough since the controls they installed did not work very well with the systems, but they came back a second time and helped correct most of problems I was having. They now come for some routine checkups, and are easy to make appointments with. I would definitely recommend their services!

Good Job Schmidt Mechanical Group did some duct work in my attic and installed insulation. They did a good job, and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. The only problem I had with them was they borrowed my brand new drill without telling me. When I looked for it the next day to do some work, it was gone. I called them but it was the weekend, and I absolutely needed a drill that day. So I had to go out and spend a hundred bucks for another drill. Terrific experience with Schmidt! My experience with Schmidt Mechanical Group has been terrific. They are very good people and they are less expensive than other companies. People there are skilled and friendly, and I have nothing but good things to say--at least until this point. I've been recommending them to others because I have zero complaints.

Highly Recommended! Great Customer Service Schmidt Mechanical Group came and replaced our AC and heater and then put in a new heat pump as well. We have never used them before but found that they did a fantastic job. Jason was a huge help when it came to financing and keeping us up-to-date on everything. Knowledgeable & Experienced I was very impressed with Schmidt Mechanical Group and thought they did a phenomenal job. They reconfigured the duct work in the house to better distribute the air and it worked out great. There were a few rooms getting all the air and some that didn't get any at all.
