Overall Great Company. It was our first time using Schmidt Mechanical Group, Inc and they did a great job for us overall. We have had plenty of experience with other HVAC companies and their level of customer service really didn't come close to what SMG has provided us. They have a very experienced group of technicians that make sure to detail all the work to be done before they begin their work. Very Reliable and On Top of Everything We've used Smith Mechanical Group for a number of years now. We bought our new AC unit from them and they've done quite well servicing us and everything. They're a little on the expensive side, but not too bad. Most recently they came out in the summer when it was very hot for an emergency call. They came at night and fixed it and it was great! Excellent Service! We definitely recommend Schmidt Mechanical for your AC/Heating needs. We've had them several years as our seasonal service tech, but finally needed help when our AC stopped functioning. Eric, our Tech, was efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and the service was very reasonable. Best service around, for sure!

Good Experience Was impressed with the speed of service and Eric B was very knowledgeable and helpful. We needed the evaporator coil replaced and he was able to give me a quote, locate the part, as well as schedule installation the next day. Having been in the HVAC business I was really impressed with the professionalism of Eric and the company.

Outstanding, as always Schmidt Mechanical is our "go-to" for AC issues. This go around, we had a unit go out on Thursday evening. On Friday by 4pm we were back in business. I can't recommend Schmidt more. Friendly, responsive, and high quality!

Service and Expertise Great customer service and follow up with phone calls and the timeframe to come to home to work on my unit. I found the staff to have excellent customer service and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Only suggestion I have would be a magnetic card to slap on my fridge and give out to people so in an emergency the number is right there for a quick call :-)

Quick help on short notice on a hot day! Within 2 hours of calling at 5PM Eric B was there to quickly and reasonably replace the failed device. Took the time to explain and provide hints. thank you!
