It was determined our old unit wasn't going to cool our home anymore. We promptly determined the replacement unit we needed, and an removal/installation date determined. The replacement unit was efficiently installed by friendly and competent installers; with nice cool air in our home again. Been using Schmidt Mechanical for several years to inspect and provide necessary services on our AC/Heater system, as required. Reliability Luis Huerta (A/C Tech) came by to diagnose cooling problem. He was very helpful and fixed my problem right away (flush system). He also checked the A/C unit for efficiency. All his explanations were on point, very knowledgeable and polite. I appreciate his time and effort to make my home a comfortable one. Thank you Luis!
