Johnny was so nice, helpful, and efficient! Johnny called me when he was on his way so I would know when to expect him. He was courteous and kind to my dogs and my children, and me, of course. He performed the heat check on both of my units in a timely and quiet manner (my newborn was sleeping).

Great service, not a sales oriented technician. Jose was extremely proficient doing my annual heater tune up. He pointed out areas that need to be monitored and showed me the results of all tests performed. Have used Schmidt Mechanical for a number of services on my own home and on remodeling of investment properties. High quality service.
