A/C & Heat 20 point inspection Had 20 point inspection done as well as recommend work to get my heater up to code and have blower cleaned and outside lines repaired and unit moved. I had the pleasure of having two knowledgeable technicians Gilbert and Raymond. They did a fantastic job couldn't be more happier.

Flexible Availability We had issues with our AC. Schmidt offered same day and/or next day availability. The tech was professional and genuinely concerned in addressing our issues. The pricing for a replacement part was high, but when added to a low service call fee, the overall service cost seemed to be competitive with other companies.

Great Service Very happy with Schmidt Mechanical group. I had my new A/C installed at the beginning of the year and just had it serviced for the first time this week. Everyone I have had contact with have been very friendly, helpful and professional. I can't complain, I am staying with them for the long run! Thank you Schmidt!

Honest and Hassle Free Service We called several different companies about getting an estimate to have the A/C unit serviced on my rental property. All we got from them was rude receptionist and outrageous cost that were all over the place for Freon. After about 5 other places, we contacted Schmidt Mechanical and they were a pleasure to talk to with service and Freon rates that were down to earth. Great job, very knowledgeable, great customer service. Jose is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. He did a great job replacing our unit, was friendly and professional. Made sure that everything was optimal before leaving. He is truly an asset to the company. We're glad we chose Schmidt Mechanical.
