I had to cancel 2 times once because of rain, again because of repaving of my street They show up when they say and I really feel like I get my moneys worth out of their checkups, seem very thorough inside and out..

Professional, knowledgeable, excellent service! I am very pleased with the professional services provided by Schmidt Mechanical Group's knowledgeable technicians. I was provided a complete explanation of the service that they provided & then given a detailed written report for my records. The technician, Albert Gomez, was not only professional but was very considerate & took extra care to not damage anything in my home & insured he always had clean shoe covers before entering my home. Highly recommend! For the past 4 years we have called on Schmidt Mechanical to provide yearly maintenance service on our a/c and heating unit. They have the friendliest and courteous technicians but most importantly they are very knowledgeable. They have been able to keep our 18 year old unit running problem free. We highly recommend them.
