Great company to work with. After dealing with another company our Home Warranty uses, they switched us to Schmidt Mechanical Group. Our AC got fixed and they were great.

Excellent in every respect Staff arrived on time, assessed condition of 2 air conditioning units, provided necessary services to both units, suggested possible improvements and assessed charges correctly (as advertised). We are pleased with the service and impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by staff. We'll be sure to recommend this company to our friends.

AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING I RECEIVED OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM BOTH THE COMPANY AND ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN THEY SENT TO WORK ON MY AIR CONDITIONER. I THOUGHT IT JUST NEEDED MAINTENANCE. I WAS WRONG. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PATIENCE, EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HE WAS REVIEWING AND WORKING ON. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE PRICE I PAID.

Very good experience. Will highly recommend Schmidt Mechanical Group. In fact, I already have. I was very pleased with the service. The representative was curteous, considerate in wearing booties to keep my floors clean, explained everything that he was doing & what the reading meant. He also pointed out some areas that were still functional, but that would need servicing in the future & wrote out exactly what these areas are so that I could accurately describe them to my home warranty insurance company.
