Rainwater Holt & Sexton falsely advertised their services, committed fraud, and admitted to covering up evidence of said crimes. They also refused to take my case despite advertising that they care and want to help. They only care about themselves and money. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this fraudulent, terrible law firm.
They only take on cases they know they can win, if you’re a difficult case with an unfamiliar condition they will not represent you. Don’t even waste your time.
they need lawyers that would actually try to help their clients.mine hung me out to dry then in our last conversation told me something and 5 minutes later lied and said he didn't say that. I'll never use them again
My lawyer didn't even show up for my first court case. And from there it has been nothing but lies from them.They don't return calls.Now they switched my case to a new law firm without notifying me!!! I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE
