I was in an accident last year so i called Rainwater. They returned my call with in 30 minutes and spoke with me about my case and all my options. I recieved a nice settlement with in a few months. Through it all they kept me informed on everything going on with my case.
They prolong things in court to make money, then they drop your case so they don't get a bad rap for a less than favorable outcome.

I contacted them last year about my double hernias stemming from ethicon mesh that was put in me years ago..they send someone out to review my case,look at my stomach..took all my hospital records that I had gathered..then nothing for months then we have turned you over to cory/watson attorneys who is handling this for us..more minths..till a denial letter today..from cory /watson..i can barely get around trying to help with my autistic son,hurts every time I eat,and bowel problems,can't sleep..my ethicon mesh was recalked..... read more
Administrative Support employee finds it funny that the new Ten Commandments monument was destroyed the day after being installed on the capitol grounds. If this is the type of people this law firm employs I couldn't imagine them being much better people. I've decided not to mention her name but since she did it publicly on Facebook I'm sure it's easy to figure out who she is.

Had a great experience until the individuals insurance we were trying to settle on supposedly ran out of money. After that was discovered we were "terminated" as their client. The attorney was not willing to put forth the effort to help us after that. We were not a quick money earning client. Extremely disappointed in their service. I DO NOT recommend this team!
My wife had fallen down a flight of stairs at our apartment. I called this firm and today I get a post card stating they could not help us. Even though it was the landlords fault for not having the steps cleared and I have the proof this firm would rather let my wife suffer and let the landlord get away with this than help.
