Unbelievably unprofessional. I will actually make it a point to tell people NOT to use them. The way my daughter and I were treated by her attorney was appalling..and no it has nothing to do with the amount of money received. Absolutely the most disrespectful attorney I've EVER dealt with. Shame on you Laura Beth.
Called them about my wreck. Apparently they don’t deal with anything unless it’s going to be fast and easy. Called the other big personal injury firms and went with one of them.
i almost lost my leg in a accident at work they took me on on a workers comp case and I had to push them to do paperwork and then when it seems like too much work to get me anyting they decided to withdraw leaving me with nothing
8yrs after using their legal services and learning much more about law, I realize how much they failed to advise me of, in the case they handled for me. Legal advisors are supposed to advise, the only advice I received directly from their lawyer was to use him. After that, nothing. only communication through a case manager. who gave me 0 legal advice. only kept me updated on case if I called and asked. they didn't advise or offer to have my immediate bills covered until case was settled. and they didn't advise we should push... read more
the first reason is a friend requested that they not contact her husband who is/ has a full poa over him. do not contact him. was her simple request. he has ptsd a vet with other emotional issues,and they continue to contact him creating even more issues. it is my personal belief they are bulling him.
RecommendedLawyers that actually care about their clients and will talk to them personally.
I said this could not be long and drawn out. Apparently that’s the only way to make money. I’ve been patient and fair. Time to move on.
I will post the specific attorney woman who I spoke with about my case, she was very rude and disrespectful towards me as if I was not telling the truth about my accident and whom I worked for because of a Facebook page that I use for an avenue to get business for my employer and employees that he was trying to hire because he had several advertisements out and were getting no response so I started using my old Facebook page as an avenue to help him with employment and to display the quality of work we do at HiS company, I h... read more
