Can anyone advise me on how to file a complaint and on what grounds I can file one? I am horribly upset at this time. I am ready for this to be over with and it's just dragging along.
I see a lot of 5 stars, but they are related to accidents. They also advertise for disability which they absolutely suck at. More people than not have had their claim denied at the hearing level due to unprepared case, in my opinion. Hired them for my wreck, which was won- go figure I was hit from behind, but anything else..... Pure garbage!

My father called ( their ad says they never charge you unless they win or they don't charge you to talk to you) and he was sent a bill for asking one question over the phone for less than a 30 second call. Don't believe them! They WILL charge you!
I have yet to actually do business. Called today...seems that alot of people do not like this firm. I am prayerfully hopeful that my husband's case will go well. I spoke to Caroline, a very nice lady. I will be bringing up the reviews as soon as we speak to them.
