Absolute worst experience with a lawyer ever. Will not return phone calls. Tells you one thing, then you don't hear from them for weeks unless u call multiple times a day several days in a row. The two people that handled my case had no clue what they were doing. I hired these guys because I did not know anything about vehicle insurance claims and thought hey they will be able to advise and guide me along the way. I thought I was hiring a reputable firm, until I had a question about why disability associates were asking for additional paperwork, and my case rep. laughed and told me to do it myself, and then I asked what they were doing for me and didn't get an answer. So then I was asked if I wanted to fire them? Kept us hanging on for almost a year...I pointed out some mistakes in their paperwork...not long after, they said they couldn't help us...maybe just a coincidence, but I'm not impressed

I will new use this firm again they do not do the job they are paid for. Its all about the money instead of the people.
