My dad was admitted here couple of years ago. Months prior, his own PCP could not figure out what was wrong with him. Admission coordinator Mayra helped placed my dad here for rehab, to get him stronger. My dad was not an easy patient and was having difficult time coping. But Rancho staff did not stop encouraging him and educating him of the changes he was facing about his health. I can say from experience that rancho Bellagio is one of the best skilled nursing facilities in the inland empire from great staff, to amazing food for your loved one. Rancho Bellagio will have your loved ones well taken care of, the staff here treats the patient as if they were family. From personal experience I can say that the building is beautiful, and the inside is very upstanding from clean halls to a big gym where there are lots of clinicians ready and willing to get your loved one better!!! This facility is WORLD CLASS! My special thanks to Alex/Case Manager and staff, Laura/Activity Director and staff, Dorian/Dietician and staff, Amanda/Nursing and staff, Dinah/Rehabilitation and staff, and the entire P/T staff - including Patti, Joe, Henry, Cheryl, and all the others. Cannot say enough good things about the leadership staff here. Everyone is so accommodating and nice. The case worker Adrion goes above and beyond for her patients trying to ensure their needs are met. She works tirelessly and is always so caring and kind. Her assistant Aaliyah, and Tina, help schedule any transportation and stay on top of all appointments my father has to go to. They work hard to coordinate with the transportation company. Been to this place 2x here and the staff has been tremendous. Got a staph infection and been here a month rehabbing an ulcer on my foot. The staff here has been tremendous in helping me get better. Administration is very helpful and the dietitian is very attentive and listens to your needs. The physical therapy is one of the best; solid group of people who really have the best intentions for you.

My mom has been in the facility. The facility's team, including the food service team, has done such an outstanding job. To mention a few, Dorian, the Director of food services, has a significant positive attitude, preparing nutritious and delicious meals, Dianna's team, the PT & OT Team, have helped my mom to make sure she is getting more robust and CNA team also has supported me all the way to understand the process and caring outcome. I recommend the facility.

I have been somewhat impressed by the care given to my father since he was moved here Nov. 5 2022. I was a bit dismayed, however, after dodging Covid for more than 2 years that he managed to pick it up here and passed it on to my sister and me. While I do like the care, feeding, rehab he is getting (he broke his femur Oct 28) I am disappointed that no one there can seem to pick up a phone most times. If I want any info I have to show up or make multiple calls in order to get to talk to anyone.
