My first impression was the place is clean. When the transport company took my Mom here on 2/13, they plopped her in bed, not adjusting to get her comfortable or pain-free, and waited for a release signature. They ignored her existence. I got her comfortable. Several hours passed before anyone checked on her. Her foley bag was full. Loma Linda Murrieta had not changed her wound dressing since her surgery on 2/9. Horrible place my grandfather was placed there October 28 and the staff was rude they didn't know what they were doing. Weren't being attentive at all super ignorant. We found my grandfather on the FLOOR when we went to visit nurses didn't even notice he was on the floor. We removed him immediately due to him having had previous brain injuries and serious skull fractures. We didn't know how hard or bad the fall was until we took him to the hospital. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place ever. Let's just say I had to tell them to give me my phone so I could call 911.. to remove me so I could be treated for serious back up with opioid given without a stool loosened meds. Bloated and severely unable to breathe. Told by nurse "what can they do that we arent doing for you".. told her you are killing me..thats what! Horrible horrible place, DO NOT take your loved ones to this place. They neglect patients and are horrible in communicating with family. My mother was there and called me the first night in tears asking me to get her out of there because of the way she was treated. Was left with her legs hanging off the bed with no one to help. Her roommate and her kelp calling for help and no one would come. Physical therapy was never there to even do an assessment but claim they did. I'm 100% sure false documentation was made by them. Last Sat. Dec 18, was my first visit. Very impresive facility, very clean ,organized . They maintain distance and safety precautions at all. The only inconvenience is when you tries to book a app. For visits. Very dificult who ever attend that phone line never answer, it's a answer service. Take me days to just book a app. To visit a patient. Needs to improve

Horrible, horrible, horrible. My mom was there for about a month. Absolutely no communication between anyone. No one knows what's going on. My mom had a bedsore when she was admitted. It was almost gone. In two weeks, it had tripled in size. It was bright red and oozing. They claim it was not infected and were checking it daily. But it had the same bandage on multiple visits. The absolute worst. My mom was sent here after a vehicle accident. If you can get through to them on the phone, no one has a clue of what is going on. The only time I received an update on my mom is when I called multiple times to get through to the administrator. Someone brought her to the hospital for a check up with a doctor there and instead of escorting her in and showing her where she needed to go, they left her at the entrance. I have never seen more incompetence in any medical facility. I have problems with my meds at least once a week. When you press the emergency button in your room, it takes more than an hour to come, if they come at all. If your looking for a safe, reliable facility for you or a loved one, I would suggest somewhere other than Rancho Bellagio. They lie to the residents, including myself. Very unprofessional.
