I was at this facility for about 2 months it is a very wonderful place starting from the nurses and all the personnel especially the rehab center there's a young girl named Patty she's very wonderful she works with you starting from your heart she makes you feel confidence an important all her staff are very wonderful there was a Hispanic young girl she's very beautiful from the inside and out she helped me with my shoulder she's very professional but she has some hands like an angel makes you feel better I thank God for all... read more

Update on my previous 5 star review, my 4th day visiting this facility, my rating stays at 5 stars, I am very pleased with the staff, very attentive, very polite and there to help. Spacious rooms, clean, with large bathroom attached, plenty of outdoor space to take the patient for fresh air and enjoy warm California sun. The wifi is so good, doing work with my laptop was as fast as my home's wifi. I have been working here for the past 8 months now and I have really grown to love it. Not like many facilities, this facility has amazing staff and a very clean environment. With many complications due to the pandemic, they work hard to make sure we are staffed for the care of the patients and work load for the nurses. My supervisor Hannah and Daniel are very loving and caring people. I can definitely see myself growing here for the future.

both of my parents stayed at this facility - they both had great care from everyone. The facility is spacious to move around, the rooms are nice and clean, great outdoor to spend time with your love ones, i visited my parents during covid, since they do not allow visitors inside the facility at the time, they gave us opportunity to see our parents outdoor and had quality time. I highly recommend this place.

The staff here are kind, easy to speak to and very compassionate to the visitors there to visit their loved one. The Activities Department is the first contact with the visitors. In addition to their everyday duties The Activities Director, Laura Moreno & staff member Jallyn Delatorre are simply amazing in protecting patient, visitor and staff safe and keeping within Covid guidelines. This place has been so accommodating and has been so understanding to my family, my aging father, and to all that visit. They are knowledgeable and caring and treat you with dignity and respect.

I'm so impressed with the case managers in this facility (Sugeyl). She collaborates and links patients with appropriate resources. This particular patient received perfect services while staying here. I highly recommend Rancho Bellagio.

Don't expect to get phone calls returned if you are a family member. Don't be surprised if your loved one does not get all his/her therapies daily. Yes they practice excellent COVID safety and thus your loved one will be safe. The facilities are new and nice. But the over all care...hit and miss each week. Ii will be filing a report with the state simply because as a $930+ 24 hour care facility, the overall care and therapy should have been much better.
