The people who are actually taking care of the people, there are several of them there that are very very good. And most of them are good. They enjoy what they do and are really concerned about the people. Chester is a sweethart. He so good and Aurora is super. There are people there that are very very good with people like my mom. Nice place. Very professional staff. It felt very 'closed'; my dad may not have enough room to roam. Also, more expensive than the others I've seen.

Really nice.Rooms are small and no kitchen sink, but nice place and good location. Has memory Care.

Fine place, though it seemed rather rigid when it came to things like meals. Less involved feeling than any of the other places. So-so on the friendliness scale.

This is a nice facility, convient to our location, and with a nice staff. It is a very open facility as far as family visits and interaction. The halls are narrow and do leave one with a more of an instituational feeling. The appartments are also quite a bit smaller than what my mother currently has which could make it harder for my mother to accept. The meals are also a bit more limited than what she is use to having today. The area for thosse with more limited mental facilities is a bit larger and a bit of a better set-up ... read more

Unfortunately the people we spoke with did not seem to have a lot of knowledge regarding the services and costs and kept telling us to call XX person. The facility itself looked nice but based on the tour, we were worried about services.

I was so thrilled to initially found this facility for a loved one. Everyone seemed so nice and I was thrilled with the level of care I was inially promised. Things went down hill very quickly once my loved one moved in. I realized what you are promised prior to signing the lease as far as daily care is not actually done. They have since moved out. In addition, there are no doctors or nurses on site and your loved ones health is left in the hands of med techs. Most of these med techs seem inexperienced and not very well trai... read more

Well, I would say most of the people that made me feel comfortable in choosing this were extremely friendly, happy and attentive. But unfortunately, it seems like there's a lot of turnover in this industry and now most of them are gone, so I really didn't know how to answer the question. I'm not saying that the new ones aren't as pleasant and share the same qualities, but the turnover is difficult for the residents and the residence family members.

My husband would have benefited from more stimulation. He was mentally alert with all his facilities but physically totally dependent. The staff were wonderful, so kind and caring. But he was in the memory care unit because of his level of care. Sitting in front of the constant TV with severely dementia patients wasn't the answer. The unit itself was originally very dark and drab but it was receiving a makeover which could only help. There needed to be more activities, gatherings in the patio areas, music activities etc.
