The staff at Atria Ranchero is extremely friendly and kind. They customized my mother's care for exactly what her needs and preferences were. They do a good job listening to the residents and their needs and are very patient with both the resident and family's concerns. We looked at quite a few communities for my mother and we have been very impressed with how Atria handled her care. Atria Ranchero is a smaller community, which was great for her. My sister resides in the memory care portion of Atria at Rancho Penasquitos in San Diego. I visit her often and want to commend the staff of that facility. Our experience is new there, but so far it has been a good experience. I have lunch there with my sister when I can and am impressed with the food. Well balanced, a variety of dishes and very tasty.

Very nice place. I loved that it is small - it seems more homey. I visited a couple of days after the transition to Atria, so it was a little more difficult to get an idea how things will be. But overall I was very impressed and definitely keeping this one on the short list,

Dad’s only been here a short time, but in the time he has been here the staff has been excellent. They’re very, very good with him and I’ve been very pleased. It took a little bit for him to get use to everything but they’ve been very kind, considerate, and caring. Everyone that we’ve worked with has been great. The food has been very good and their chef is wonderful. It always smells so good and everything they make is homemade I think. They seem to have quite a variety in what they serve as well. They are all extremely nice, patient and caring. The whole place smells nice and normal. They do a great job cleaning weekly and taking out trash daily. They have a lot to offer in daily activities, but my mom has only participated in a few due to her own lack of cooperation.From the front desk staff, to the dining staff to the nursing staff, all excellent. I have no complaints of how things had went during my tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and the variety of menu options as well as activities they had for the resident. The location was easy to access and had nice surroundings. It was just no the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

The staff were very friendly and did an excellent job with our tour of their community. The community was very nice, neat and clean and they were able to meet the type of care my mother would need there. We just felt that the pricing was more than what we were looking to pay.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well for the most part. From what I saw the community looked nice and had a lot of amenities for its residents. The memory care unit was small and I am not too sure my mother would have fit in too well.

The tour I had was fine. It was a good view of the community. Everything is saw was good. I was looking for a place that was more small with the homelike atmosphere. The person I met with was nice and professional.
