The staff were very friendly and did an excellent job with our tour of their community. The community was very nice, neat and clean and they were able to meet the type of care my mother would need there. We just felt that the pricing was more than what we were looking to pay.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well for the most part. From what I saw the community looked nice and had a lot of amenities for its residents. The memory care unit was small and I am not too sure my mother would have fit in too well.

The tour I had was fine. It was a good view of the community. Everything is saw was good. I was looking for a place that was more small with the homelike atmosphere. The person I met with was nice and professional.

Very. Ice a bit small but not really an issue nice staff cost right on the wedge of income

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our tour. The community had a hotel-like layout. The hallways were narrow and the rooms were on the smaller side. It's located off a busy street so a lot of the views are of businesses and the street. For these reasons, we did not select The Arbors. I felt that it wasn't a good fit for my mother.

[Removed], The tour was extremely informative, I learned tips on working with patients with dementia. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and warm in his presentation.

I didn't like that this community was laid out like a hotel. When you first go in it's very nice. We must have toured at a bad time because when we reached the second floor the smell was awful. They showed a model room and it was very nice. There was a bed, nice dresser and a good view. When I asked about the standard furniture in every room the lady told me they come unfurnished, I didn't like that. I didn't get a good feeling about the place.

This community has redone some areas. The assisted living has had some improvements done and it is nice. The memory care wing is small, dark and did not appeal to us. The staff were nice.

The Arbors was reasonably priced. What I did not like was that it seemed to be like a converted motel. The place was dark and kind of sad. It was not what I was looking for.
