Ralph Young made my new car buying experience from Gerry Wood Honda the smoothest/easiest one ever. He was very knowledgable and easy to work with. We told him what we were willing to pay and we were able to drive away in a new car. Whenever we need to purchase another Honda, we'll be back to see him.
Russ Mann was my salesman, he was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, provided great customer services, he worked at my pace and did not pressure me into anything (as I have experienced from other dealerships). Russ listened to my needs, the type of car that I wanted, price range, and took all of my information and made it work for me. I was very please with my buying experience with RUSS MANN, and I would recomended anyone to purchase from Mr. Russ at GerryWood Honda!
Travis grace was a great sales man. Very attentive to all my needs and he found me a car that had everything I wanted and I absolutely love it! I couldn't have asked for a beetter car and the service was great. They worked with my husband and I to get our payments right where we needed them to be! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is buying new or used!
Ralph Young is a very knowledgeable salesman. He is very patient and he was not hard pressed for a sale. Unlike other salesmen; he actually listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this salesman to anyone.
Very nice guy and straight forward. not negotiable but i guess that made it easier. Curtis was also very professional. My only problem is they are in Salisbury vs Charlotte!!!

Gerry Wood Sales Department is much better than their service department. Ralph Young was personal, friendly and professional. I was having an estimate performed for my 1997 Accord and was considering a trade-in for another used car. Even after I was given an exorbitant repair estimate, Mr. Young handled himself professionally. Because of his professionalism, I did end up purchasing a used 2010 Civic. Thanks Ralph!
Fast reliable service. I always feel welcome there. I enjoy browsing the selection of newer cars while mine is being serviced. They have a nice customer waiting area with coffee and couches and tv.
