Very Shady Dealership. Look out for the 'gotcha extra charges.' My wife and I went to look at a 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L at Gerry Wood Honda in Salisbury and also at Flow Honda in Winston-Salem. We researched both vehicles online and went to both dealerships. Flow Honda’s price included the Honda Certification in the online list price of $24,908 w/ 37K miles w/ local 1-owner trade-in. Came in to buy a 2010 civic found on the internet, could not get the fiance worked out, Mr. Ward came in and things went down hill, Mr. Ward is very unfriendly, does not have the customer in mind when he deals with you. So I walked out. Beware! after you agree to the price of your car,they will try and to shove add ons down your throat. Even after you repeatedly tell them no they continue to try and push you around.On one of the add ons ($199) etching,They paraded a couple big shots in front of me to say that it was included in the price of the car. It was not, it was added.We were from out of town and if my ride there had not already left I would not have bought the car! Now for the service dept. First of all, the salesperson that my wife and I worked with was helpful (which is why I haven't included his/her name in this review); however, the sales manager, Cecil, is a complete fraud. Long story short, he did everything in his power to trick us into buying one of their vehicles at MSRP with an unreasonable interest rate. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. Save your money and time and go somewhere else! They will rip you off in more ways then one. Once you drive off of the lot do not expect any help from them.

5/12/2012 took car for repair/2001 mitsubishi.had several items repaired.they called and ask me to rotate tires but was charged 119.95 for align and balance.gonna charge 39.95 to replace high beam headlight.on ticket there was to be a before and after print out of alignment but no papers to be found.???was this completed or not??.their service into be questioned replaced plastic oil cap with metal. 

Business response:

Customer initially came in for a rotation, but after a free alignment check, it was recommended that a rotate/balance/alignment be completed. Customer agreed, was charged $119.95 as agreed, and was provided with a printout of specs before and after alignment. Customer was also mailed a copy of the alignment specs the next day. The OE oil cap was plastic, but the customer requested it be changed. The plastic is no longer offered, so we replaced it with a metal oil cap. Customer was made aware every step of the way.

Have been a customer of Gerry Wood service for 11 years and would not recommend their service department. Over the past 9 months, their service department has given me numerous repair estimates on my 1997 Honda Accord that were not necessary. Three months ago I had 2 other reputable repair shops check on Honda's recommendations and both indicated that the repairs were not necessary.
