Came in to look at a special promotion on Jeep Grand Cherokees. Dealership staff was very helpful in assisting my wife in choosing a vehicle. Asked the right questions to get my wife to see what was important to have in her vehicle. Financing was as painless as can be expected.

They add an unnecessary charge to all of their vehicles. So beware when buying a car. The Sales person who helped me was not very knowledgeable. I had to send the same documents several times. He would randomly contact me and then go ghost during a conversation. After removing all of the Gerry Wood stickers and signs from my car, I do love it!!

Beware! If you must use Gerrywood Honda for service, work with Shane! Chris knows nothing about cars and mechanics. I wouldn’t recommend them for a major repair. maintenance is fine. If you purchase a car here stick with Larry, he is the best. Do not use Aaron unless you want to be lied to. Curtis ultimately will ensure your needs have been met.

The service guy tried up selling telling me some bs little did he know I am also a mechanic and I knew what I needed. Would not recommend rather go to Honda of concord.

Did not honor the deal we made. Vehicle was not equipped like I was told by the sales manager! Did buy the vehicle, only because I had rented a trailer and drove 150 miles

Austin park as a great salesman but other services has not had great Customer Service. Filled seat protection warranty in appropriate time and lies to insurance company reporting its from car seat which is inaccurate. Tells must be completed within 30 days when have a 1 year agreement. Service has not been very personal

I hqve recently took my car in to get oil change qnd I realize price of oil went up but tire rotation o felt like was high and labor was 40 dollars for oil and tire rotation I spent 90 dollars all together and just feel was pricey...then my car was filthy and didn't even ask if they could run through the wash for me...I have always brought it in for service but feel next time I may just change it myself...

Going to buy my first car was supposed to be exciting. Ever since I bought my vehicle from them, I’ve had numerous problems. It has only been SIX months and I’m already having to spend over $1,000 on repairs! I feel like they knew that this car had a lot of problems before it was sold to me and all they are saying is that it is nothing they can do and that I have to come out of pocket to pay. "Car sticker price was $1000 higher than what was quoted..." Car sticker price was $1000 higher than what was quoted on CarGurus. Was immediately told that they have a 10% increase in sticker price because of “market adjustment” because of low inventory. I spent most of the day negotiating a fair price for a new Honda Accord.
