We have used GW for everything from a basic service to an engine swap (after 300,000 miles), and have never experienced a problem.

Good sale personality, however, made agreement on the deal with trade in, $10k down, 0% APR, went back a couple days later to get tag transfer, the dealer ask for $1k more. Also said that I was not qualify for any Honda finance. I have a credit score of 801, and if I am not qualified, who will? So I take it as a lie.

Absolutely terrible after paying a deposit to lock in Vehicle and deal the price changed when the car arrived and after not agreeing to the new terms I was assured I could receive my deposit back in full by two staff members but it wasn't available until the following day. Upon returning to collect my deposit I was only given partial credit unless I'd agree to put it towards another car. So I spent a little over 300 dollars to not purchase a car from them.
