"Bait and Switch" Visited 11/2/19. Spoke with internet sales manager after finding vehicle I was interested on True Car website. Before leaving my house and driving an hour away I had her confirm that the final price of the 21k car would be $22,749. "Shady" I went to this dealership because I seen a 2015 explore online. When i got there they sent me home for the night with a 2014 and didn’t tell me. They also have outrageous fees to detail the car one time a year for 499.99 and a just in case someone stole your car. These fees are not negotiable. They also made me believe that I was going to get a $13,000 car and it ended up being 17,000 and they wanted to give me interest rate of 15%. This dealership is shady and not trustworthy. "Bad sales reps misleading info" I drove over 2 hours to buy a used car from this place. I found a used suv on there web page so I sent in my cash offer and was told to come on. Remember they already know im traveling 2 hrs. I get there drive the vehicle we love it. Time to do business. "Misleading prices, poor after-sales support." Travelled 2 hours to purchase a certified pre-owned 2016 Honda Civic from Gerry Wood Honda based on a sticker price of $15000. Ended up paying $18000 in the end after they refused to remove a number of bogus fees for things I never wanted in the first place such as VIN etching and fabric protection. "Compassionate " I was treated with upmost respect and compassion by all employees that I dealt with and today. Was told by Erik that he did know know of employee that was shot, and that he’s been at dealership since 2012... I found out later that employee, Larry has been there. Found it interesting that Erik didn’t refer me to Larry when I asked

I saw a car and test drove it. Gave them my offer and got a text from their sales person with a counter offer and I agreed and drove 40 minutes to their dealership. Took all my info, pulled my credit report and as we finalized after an hour or so I was told by another member while I was sitting that they can't sale the car and said they thought the offer is for a different car and didn't even care for my time, experience and even pulling my credit report. It was the worst experience and I hope people think twice before visit... read more

Worst car buying experience ever. Felt pressured by salesman who brushed over our questions and never satisfactorily explained anything. Simply cannot believe I did not just leave.
