I worked with Ryan to refinance my home. Considering how rates are falling and the pending cost of doing a refinance coming in the near future, I was really anxious to get this done. I initially was going with Rocket Mortgage, but found out they were charging me almost double the cost I ultimately ended up with. Hidden costs of the origination fee, added discount fee to buy down my rate which was not really saving me anything in the long run, the appraisal fee, and title/registration all really drove up the price of the mort... read more
