It was our first home purchase, and Val had guided us throughout the process promptly and accurately, identifying and kindly explaining any issues that may arise in the process. Before I spoke with Jack I was dealing with a bank. Needles to say Jack was faster to respond and easier to deal with. I prefer to speak with a person instead of constant emails. Paperwork went through nice and quick on his on line site. Closed nice and fast without any headaches.
