I give this business 1 star bc the people that I interact with are very nice and they seem to try to do a good job. However, there have been way too many times when you report an emergency on the property and nobody ever calls you back. The management schedules emergency inspections (due to potential fire hazards) which is great ... but then the vendor never shows up. I have repeatedly had to call the vendors directly to find out what is going on with a repair and there are times when they have no idea that they are schedule... read more

Not impressed. I live in a gated community serviced by Real Manage in the Tampa area. Our entry gate has been broken and stuck open for over a week and no response on a date for resolution from Real Manage. Safety issues for residents should be a very high priority.

I have been asking Real Manage to resolve an issue with mold, slime and algae growing on the sidewalk outside my condo for over a month and I cannot get someone to resolve the issue or give me a time line for resolving the issue. When I call in I am told I have to go to the office if I want to speak to someone. Otherwise they just dump me to voicemail. I leave messages and a number and no one will call me back. I write emails and the response I got was "I will get someone out to take a look at that and get the issue resolved... read more

At this point I could not give Real Manage even one star...while they respond to email and are nice in the phone they fail to fix they monthly billing issue and blame it on the post office. Myself and others in my neighborhood that do not want to give them access to sweep our checking accounts are not receiving our monthly bills. Yet, I am told they can confirm they are sent in their system but can not give me any proof yet will quickly add late fees if we do not remember to pay them each month. They do not even deserve 1 star. We have transitioned over to RealManage for over a year now and it was the worse mistake we have made as a HOA. They have repeatedly over charged us every month that equal to over $10K for 2018. They charge extra for everything. Nothing is included in your contract. We are a very large HOA over 1400 homes and they are very disorganized, rude and unprofessional. We cannot wait until our contract is over and we can be done with this company. If I could give negative starts I would. Trying to sell my condo was a nightmare because realmanage took over our property. The dropped the ball and wasted a month getting an increase in the fidelity bond insurance that was needed for my buyers FHA loan. Our previous management company already had enough insurance. My deal almost fell through and in the final hour my association was able to fix the situation. This HOA Management Company is unprofessional, uncooperative and does not take responsibility for anything! The property we live in is not maintained by this HOA and they refuse to share information regarding where our dues are being distributed. They did not even have a 2018 budget ready and still don't which leaves us in the dark about what our monthly dues are for this year! They, along with the builder, DR Horton, refuse to share any financials with us, the homeowners. This company is clearly the worst management company... read more

The Gold Crown Manager is non- responsive. Twice in less than six months I have asked her questions relative to the lack of and poor landscaping service. Each time she has committed to calling me on a specific day with an answer. She set the expectations. She never met the expectations. No returned calls, no action. The company has failed to live up to its contract to provide homeowners with a change/refresh of garden mulch twice a year. This has not happened once.

I have never been more disappointed in the handling of an issue that has been ongoing for years. My HOA, Real Manage located 9601 Amberglen Blvd. Suite 150, Austin, Texas XXXXX has allowed this issue to drag on for years. A resident has been violating our deed restrictions by maintaining a work truck and trailer hauling earth moving equipment in our subdivision for years.
