If you are looking for a management company who is competent, honest, communicative, professional and has integrity, keep looking. This company has none of these qualities. The owner is always a victim. Their service has been seriously lacking for quite a while and they were bought out by ********** of Dallas, TX. Things got worse. RealManage bought out two local management companies. The one we dealt with, **** Property Management in *********** IL was bad before the merger. We bought the bill of goods we were sold and decided to give them one more ****** before terminating their contract. Service and communication got decidedly worse following the merger. No one responds to problems or emails. Neither **** or RealManage is competent, professional or honest. They have absolutely no integrity.

Rather than resolve issues and offer to discuss problems, I received an email suggesting "ask that you retract your statements or at least bring in some truths which are positive and not all of the negative slants. Just because there is a vehicle to complain does not mean that the complaints given are incomplete" And also this:"I am asking that you make a retraction as soon as possible. I will be responding to your statements on **** and it would be best for all of us, if your retraction was made before my response
