Took 2 1/2 weeks to get a appointment to have the transmission checked on my 2019 Ford Edge with 21,000 miles. Took it in and was told it would be 4 or 5 days to diagnose it. I had to call in 4 days to check the status, told by the service rep that they are back logged and it would be another 5 days before they could get to it. 10 days later no call, I had to call them and check status only to be told they hadn’t got to it yet. Tried to charge me 37 for an escape se. The rest of the ford dealerships in San Antonio are just as scummy though, avoid all of them. Head over to gunn chevy or carvana instead of this place.

Service department is very disappointing. I have tried repeatedly to get an update on the two recalls on my Bronco Sport and have gotten no response. It would be ok if you don’t know when the parts will be her but you just ignore me. It was the same when I took the car in for the recall evaluation march first. No one would return a call to let me know if my car was ready for pickup or what the status was I had to physically drive there and walk in the office. Would not recommend this dealership after the way they deceived my father-in-law to get a sale. Their deceiving sales tactics are embarrassing and I’m disappointed with how they treated a retired military veteran on a fixed budget. I feel so guilty because I could not be there with him to help him navigate this process.

Red McCombs does not conduct a fair business practice and does not give interested buyers and approved candidates a fair opportunity with the vehicles on their lot. I was called about a black on black Mustang GT that was new on the lot. I did the credit app and disclosed my down payment and was told I was approved and it was a for sure thing. When I get there, for some reason they did not get the keys from the owner who traded the vehicle. Who forgets to retrieve the keys from the owner on a vehicle they bought? 🤷‍♂️ Anyway... read more

My last experience with them today is a nightmare. I trade it my truck working perfectly 3 months ago for a used suv and the truck just less than 30 days. And I’m here 2 moths later with not suv, not rental car and still paying for a truck that I’m not using. They basically are letting me to resolve this on my own with the warranty.

Won't return phone calls or emails to take care of a vehicle issue that is covered by warranty! we've been trying to get this taken of and have been ignored since December
