We took our car to the body shop. They keep giving us different days to pick up the car and Brian is the rudest person that works at the body shop. It has been 2 months and my car is still not ready

Don’t expect good service! Bought our second Santa Fe from Red McCombs NW & when I needed service, it took 30 minutes being put on hold 3 times to make a service appointment. Waited 2 weeks for appointment, took it in & was shocked to be told it could take 5-7 days without my car to fix a headlight. Called Red McCombs Superior & they gave me an appointment the same week & will have it back at the end of the same day I take it in. Went in today to purchase a vehicle and they had the vehicle marked up claiming they needed to add a market rate adjustment of 3k because of the current economic climate. We got to a number I was comfortable with and at that time, I let the sales guy know that we had our own financing. I let them run our credit to see if we got a better rate with Hyndai finance. Customer experience and customer service complaint. I have 2022 Sonata N-Line Night Edition. I have received exactly one phone call in nearly three weeks about why my brand new car (<10k miles one owner) is broken. I was unable to answer that call as I was out of the country. It’s very obvious that the service department or the GM do NOT care about their customers or their customers time. Les the service manager has a very cocky attitude and the GM has not returned mine or my daughters phone call. Victor gives the wrong information and has an “oh well attitude” when he can’t provide the service he said he would.

The service department has no quality control. Took my son's 2018 Elantra in for a new (used) engine. When it was finally "done", my son started it and it stalled right away. Ruben got it started and brought it back to the technician and noticed a coil was loose. My son drove it off and called me and said it still doesn't seem right and later called me to say it stalled again but got it started and drove it home where it stalled again.
