It’s very obvious that the service department or the GM do NOT care about their customers or their customers time. Les the service manager has a very cocky attitude and the GM has not returned mine or my daughters phone call. Victor gives the wrong information and has an “oh well attitude” when he can’t provide the service he said he would.

The service department has no quality control. Took my son's 2018 Elantra in for a new (used) engine. When it was finally "done", my son started it and it stalled right away. Ruben got it started and brought it back to the technician and noticed a coil was loose. My son drove it off and called me and said it still doesn't seem right and later called me to say it stalled again but got it started and drove it home where it stalled again. Salesperson was great and helpful ( Shane ) but the sales manager was disrespectful And I walked out the door after driving 2 1/2 hours to buy after running my credit application on line

Let me talk about my experience so far Rene was the salesman didn't even bother taking us on a test drive had us do it by ourselves didn't ask for an ID had us just go around the route by ourselves "while he got everything ready" as he says. When we got to financing he's rushing the whole process being rude. When he gives us the car its on empty & only fills it up halfway because they're closing. My experience was interesting, in the end the financial teams low ball offer on my trade and assumptions about my credit lead me not to buy with them. My sales rep was extremely polite and worked diligently to get me the best deal. In the end it was the initial under estimation of my purchasing power that lead me away from the deal.

After trading in my Hyundai September, I received Texas Toll Charge on that vehicle from November. No help from dealership. Scarey!!!

We are on our 5th Hyundai car as we love the car itself. We have purchased at least 2 if not 3 of those vehicles at this dealer. We have a great experience there when we purchase but not so great once you leave the dealer with the vehicle. They are not good at helping you with any needs you might have after the buying process. Once you get to the person you need to address any problem, they do not get back with you and you have to keep calling them back and thats only to see if they took care of your request because the... read more

NEVER use the service department! Took them over 8 hours to replace a catalytic converter. Convenient that the repairs were completed 30 minutes AFTER we had to RENT a car because they don't offer courtesy vehicles.

I just found out that these shysters sold me a car that had structural damage and did not disclose that information!!!! The only reason I found out is that I tried to trade it in for a new car and was told that it wasn’t worth blue book because it had structural damage on its title... I think about driving my babies around in this unsafe car !!! I will be looking into legal action
