In Jan 2025 I financed my first ever vehicle at this dealership. In March 2025 i had a transmission blow, i was able to get a replacement (rebuild) through Hyundai NW aswell as a mechanic, out of pocket. Now again in July 2025, only 6.5 months after my original purchase i have a second transmission issue. Considering age and mileage, other items on your vehicle are likely to need replacement. The items described are not incorrectly diagnosed, these were evidentiary recorded faults that were repaired each time your vehicle was seen. Approved a quote for $629.74. Arrived to pick up the car and the bill was $767.48 with no explanations. After 20 minutes that said the would honor the approved quote, but then charges me $650.22. Call the service manager and said they would correct the charge but was not done on my CC. Said would send a refund check…not proof that has been done. Very scammy fraudulent dealership. Service department managers poorly trained. Told me I was eligible for free oil change, then charged $106 and denied that I was told I had a free oil change. I feel they either lie on purpose to get you in, or their service managers are just incompetent. Told them that this was the last time I would use this dealer.

Two weeks ago, I bought a new Mercedes over $50k at SA Mercedes, wrote them a check (from my California Bank) and drove home in the car. Saturday (12/1), I wanted to buy my niece a car, that she found at this dealership. We went there and Nate, her salesperson, was great at answering all her questions. I have been trying to contact them about my 2017 Hyundai Tucson that is being repaired at their shop and they do not answer any of my calls. Really frustrating. Bad communication.
