rude sale manager that acts like he knows everything........

The worst experiences I ever had dealing with buying a used car and I have dealt with many dealerships. Too bad because I could have been a great customer for life. Customer service just awful!! Isaac one of the rudest. I have never written a review before but was compelled to do so because of it. Bad service runs rampant at that place. Seriously need to get new management, perhaps business will pick up otherwise can’t see that place surviving much longer.

Here’s how the help you after the sale. My vehicle was flooded during Hurricane Harvey and it was covered by a GAP policy. I need info from RedMac Hyundai in order to process the GAP policy and starting on 9/5 dealing with Sunny Pakala I have been asking for this info via email and phone messages I get nothing back. A call to the the finance manager yields the same results. This is VERY different than the other car dealer I dealt with for he same thing.
Red McCombs Hyundi is the worst dealership in San Antonio to try to get something serviced. Even with an appointment, they blew me off today and told me they couldn't look at Robin's car until at least Tuesday. They apparently just want to sell cars, not take care of them. Don't buy from them!! OK, rant over.
New car deal: Give up your RIGHTS- Just to buy a car!?! HELL NO!!! But that is exactly what Red McCombs dealerships ask you to do. Sadly you don't find this out until you're in the financing office and signing all your paperwork so you can take your car home. It is towards the end of the 'packet' of papers to be signed. Appointment for a simple, 15 minute, state inspection. Over an hour later and still waiting for them to start
Unless you talk to a service rep and make clear what you need, do not bother using their service department. And you will be lucky to talk to a service rep.
Service department... I had an appointment @ 1 pm today. Dropped my Equus off at 12:50. Needed an oil change and tire rotation. I came back at 2:00 only to find my car in the exact place I left it. Sad. They never touched the car after telling me it would be no more than an hour and 15 minutes. The service was terrible and I will NEVER go back. I love my Equus. One of the best car I've purchased but this service department need an overhaul ASAP.
