These people are legit so cheap that they took back on their written word and lied to my face. They stated in writing they would honor and replace my transmission if proven faulty (that has gave out twice 6.5 months after the OG purchase). When it was, they come up with some last-minute stipulations. In Jan 2025 I financed my first ever vehicle at this dealership. In March 2025 i had a transmission blow, i was able to get a replacement (rebuild) through Hyundai NW aswell as a mechanic, out of pocket. Now again in July 2025, only 6.5 months after my original purchase i have a second transmission issue. Despite multiple attempts to work with the dealership, I was met with unhelpful and, at times, rude responses.
