I have been using using Regal Nissan for 5 years and they are outstanding. Their service manager, Steve Vaughn, goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. Their new renovations and waiting area are spectacular. They have a great courtesy shuttle and the driver, Warren, is friendly and sincere. Even though my car is out of warranty, it is worth the time and money to take it to Regal.

I had the Amazing Warren Bridges as my shuttle driver, to and from the dealership, while my car was worked on. He was careful driving in the rain, and called me when he was at my apt to pick me up to get my car. The BEST!!
I visited a few Nissan dealerships before stopping by Regal Nissan. Regal, by far, had the best customer service I experienced! My sales associate, Hasna, was on point! Not pushy but able to get my attention with her knowledge of the vehicle. Throughout the buying process, everyone who we dealt with at Regal, was more than accommodating and professional. I’d buy another vehicle from Regal Nissan and have already given my friends and family my high regards for them. Go check them out!
I went to get my car service Monday Jan 8th. My vehicle had an issue. I took my vehicle to Nissan and service was excellent from the guys that received me on the service floor to the shuttle Warren he was great he ensure that I was picked up on time because I had to pick up my daughter from school. You guys are great and I thank you for taking care on me!!
Michael and Warren were very professional and took great care of me. I was very appreciative of the shuttle service! I always receive excellent service and care at this dealership.
