Skipper assisted me with my service appointment. He was helpful and polite. I throughly enjoy the shuttle service. Warren was kind and safely got me to and from the North Springs MARTA station.
I thoroughly enjoyed my service at this location. It was my first time visiting and the facilities are beautiful. I thought I was in a Apple service store because of the sleek look and space of the customer service lounge. The service representative Chris was extremely helpful. He called the transportation rep Warren to take me to local shopping while my car was being detailed and I can't tell you how awesome that was! I bought my Xterra 3 years ago at Regal Nissan, and take it every time to have it serviced. Every time I am greeted by a friendly smile from Skipper, my technician. Letting me know what my car needs now and what can wait for the future. Plus they always include a complimentary car wash and vacuum at every service. Since I drop off my car in the morning before work I get a shuttle, and Warren is my driver. Very nice, friendly, and always on time. I have never had to wait more then 10 minutes. I had appointments with brad and he was very nice and explained everything I needed. I then had a shuttle ride to my home with Warren who was also friendly and funny I really enjoyed my service today and would recommend and definitely will come back to have my car serviced.
So far customer service has been good but the car is still being serviced so I do not have information on price and quality of the work. Both Chris at the service desk and Warren the shuttle driver have been very nice and helpful.
