Brought my car in for an oil change this morning. Stephanie greeted me with a friendly smile and took my info. Warren then took me to and from work. He was a pleasure to get to know and very friendly. Skipper processed my checkout and also was very nice.
The Regal Sales team was personable and outgoing. Mike did a great job of explaining my options and we ended up with a fair and reasonable price. The car is everything I had hoped for and I will look forward to driving it for many years. My only negative comment would be that the car was not properly detailed before turning it over to me. I would highly recommend this dealership and will return here for future purchases.
It was great working with Mike, and the whole process was simple and quick. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership in the future.

I just want to comment to let Regal Nissan know that both Brad and Warren provided exceptional service yesterday 11/20. Brad was very helpful in letting me know what the issues were with my car and Warren provided great service for my ride to work and pickup. I will be back.
Excellent, no pressure experience. I spoke with Mike several times before making it to the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable and transparent in our negotiation. A true pleasure to work with along with Dan, the finance manager. I highly recommend Mike and the dealership; wonderful experience for the whole family.
The past two vehicles purchased by our family in 2011 and 2014 were new; a great experience. The 2017 Rogue we just bought was a dealer vehicle with a full warranty and very low miles. I wasn't looking forward to the process of getting a new car. I reach out to a number of dealers. I looked through Carvanna and CarMax. I have to say Ross Dukatz was the only sales person that reached back and immediately answered my questions. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He made the entire process easy. I’m graudating in 1 month from Georgia Tech, and I really needed a new car. With all the stress of graduation and finals, I was nervous to add buying a car to that list.
