I was ripped off at two places prior to Nissan and the people here are way more welcoming and friendly. It felt like I was with family! Warren, he took me home, was an absolute delight! Mike Smalls is very sweet and patient and answered all of my annoying questions. Thank you Regal Nissan!
Mr. Mike assisted me because the service rep I originally set my appointment with before I rescheduled had not arrived. He was informative, reassuring, and pleasant to speak to. The highlight of my visit has to be my shuttle ride to work with Mr. Warren! He was professional, had great conversation, and made my commute a breeze. The customer service experience is exceptional!
I brought my Armada in because the heater had stopped working. Skipper was able to fit me in to fix it the same day. Great service. Also covered under warranty, which was nice. While my car was being fixed, I used the shuttle service to work and back. Warren was the shuttle driver. He was very courteous and was a pleasure to ride with. Overall a great experience.
First time visit to Regal Nissan for my Altima service, Brad has received me well and asked me to wait in lounge, completely new and renovated with WiFi , drinks ,snacks . Good place to wait. They also have drop and pick which is good you can go back work and come. Warren the shuttle guy is very friendly, The car service is good, thoroughly checks and makes recommendations.
Warren was an excellent driver and provided outstanding customer service. Stephen was a great service provider who was fair and transparent. Both were a pleasure.

Great dealership at a convenient location. The process was very smooth we were never under any pressure to buy or upsell on items. Hasna is such a friendly, honest and hardworking representative. This was the best car buying experience. Would recommend this dealership for all Nissan buyers.
