I have been trying to get service on my Quantum Electric Wheelchair for approx. a month. I have been given the run around from them saying they were waiting on approval from Medicare. i called Medicare and was given approval over the phone. Now I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to get shipment approval. I NEED MY WHEELCHAIR!! This is rediculous!! I was told once again that it should be shipped no later than next week!! My battery charger, batteries and several other things need replacing. I got in touch with them twice, back in Feb. and again in April, both times I received calls asking what I needed with a promise of prompt service. Today is May 10th and still no needed items, not even a call back to check on them. I don't know if it's the warranty or the workers that suck, but a power chair without power is just a chair, and they wont get me anywhere.

It took two months to replace a battery in my power chair...a chair I have to depend on. Customer Service is inefficient. There is no follow-up to find a solution to the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
